I love this sweet vintage image! You can download it for free from here. To make the snowflake stamped fragment I used Tim Holtz's technique shown here. Normally you don't want to put adhesive behind your sanded fragment because it will cause the sanded areas to become clear again. I was able to attach a piece of silver metallic paper to the back of the fragment by strategically adding small dots of Glossy Accents that were camouflaged by the design in the stamped snowflake and hidden behind the gem in the center.
Picket Fence Distress crackle paint was lightly painted over the embossed snowflake image to allow some of the card stock to show through. Also, a thin layer causes the crackles to be very small.
